KBP Foods , a leading franchisee of KFC, as a Restaurant General Manager. In this role, you will lead a team, implement strategies, and make a real impact on the success of our growing business with over 800 KFC locations nationwide. Responsibilities

Control profitability by following cash control and security procedures, maintaining property inventory levels, managing labor, and reviewing financial reports. Recruit, interview, hire, coach, and train Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers. Ensure the restaurant is clean, safe, and that guests receive exceptional service. Conduct inventory counts every other week. Maintain compliance with operational standards and drive continuous improvement. Requirements / Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, with Profit & Loss responsibility—preferably in a quick‑serve restaurant. Must be at least 18 years old. Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week. Physical ability to lift, carry, stack, push, or pull heavy objects and to stand/walk continuously during entire shifts. Benefits

Restaurant General Manager employees receive compensation commensurate with skill and experience. Expected starting ranges vary by location:

Maryland: $53,000 – $58,000 New York: $55,000 – $60,000 New York City: $65,000 – $70,000 Cincinnati, OH: $54,000 – $58,000 KBP Foods – About the Company
