YOUR ROLE: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (KY/IL/IN TERRITORY) As the Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities while strengthening relationships within your assigned region. You'll use market intelligence, networking, and direct engagement to understand customer challenges and provide tailored automation solutions. Partnering closely with internal engineering and sales teams, you'll ensure solutions deliver measurable value and align with ATC's strategic goals.

In this role, you will:

Identify and evaluate customer needs and market trends to uncover new opportunities.

Grow business within existing accounts while pursuing new markets and technologies.

Build and maintain relationships with decision‑makers at all levels of client organizations.

Develop territory strategies aligned with ATC's overall growth objectives.

Lead expansion efforts in Transportation, Consumer Products, and Medical Device assembly markets.

Support and guide Sales Representatives to meet and exceed territory goals.

Represent ATC at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to enhance visibility and engagement.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline development within ATC's CRM system.

Provide regular performance updates and adapt strategies to achieve sales targets.

Proven success in Custom Automation and Engineering solutions.

Demonstrated experience in Sales and Business Development.

Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or comparable platforms.

Self‑motivated and effective in a fully remote work environment with regular travel.

Physical Requirements:

Stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead, and bend to the floor.

Normal office environment.
