Overview
Night Replenishment Manager (NRM) at The Home Depot is a member of the store leadership team who oversees freight handling activities. NRMs supervise the freight unload, pack out, and pack down processes. They communicate priorities, ensure nightly tasks are completed, and freight moves smoothly throughout the store. The role includes teaching, coaching, and training associates on The Home Depot policies and procedures, and ensuring all associates work in a safe manner at all times. NRMs may be the only Manager available and will be expected to make business and associate decisions in partnership with appropriate resources and following SOPs. NRMs provide input to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Managers on associate performance through ongoing performance management and talent planning discussions. Although the NRM does not have direct reports, they participate in the selection process as needed. Each associate shares responsibility for a safe working environment by following safety policies & standards, completing safety training, correcting hazards and unsafe conditions, and working safely to protect themselves, co-workers, vendors, and customers. Key Responsibilities
People
(25%): Provide in-the-moment coaching based on observations and behavior. Partner with Night Operations ASMs on formal performance conversations and discipline. Recognize associates for meeting expectations. Use recognition tools (BRAVO / Homer) to highlight values-based behaviors and productivity. Conduct quality walks, conduct off-shelf merchandising checks, and ensure areas align with MAP or regional direction. Ensure training requirements are completed. Provide input to the Night Operations ASM on performance and participate in talent planning for hourly associates. Assist Store Manager (SM) and Night Operations ASM with interview and hiring processes. Approve and address missed punches, variances, schedule changes, and call-out communications with Night Operations ASM and SM. Ensure adherence to store standards and company policies. Replenishment
(25%): Collaborate with Night Operations ASM to drive overnight efficiencies. Direct supervision of Unload, Packout, and Pack down processes. Conduct Quality Walks to verify proper Packout execution. Ensure timely unloading of trucks and trailers and timely packing out. Maintain cleanliness and readiness for Grand Opening at shift end. Prioritize and communicate tasks to all associates and leaders. Safety
(25%): Ensure adherence to safety and hazmat procedures and Safety Matters guidelines. Complete required safety training and follow prevention policies. Use proper PPE and teach correct usage. Apply proper lifting techniques and educate associates. Maintain safe distances around Lift Equipment and enforce policy adherence. Follow Standard Operating Procedures and correct unsafe conditions immediately. Ensure store checklists are completed on time. Document corrective and preventive actions and recognize safe behavior. Shared Manager On Duty
(25%): Perform Closing and MOD tasks and other store-wide focus responsibilities. Conduct hand-off with the prior MOD, validate daily priorities with ASMs and SMs, ensure checklists are completed on time, and verify corrective actions are implemented. Ensure equipment and machines function properly. Review events and ads to determine required actions in partnership with DS or ASM as needed.

Qualifications
Minimum: Must be eighteen years of age or older. Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Education
High school diploma and/or GED or equivalent.
