Night Replenishment Manager at
The Home Depot . This role is part of the store leadership team and oversees freight handling activities, including unload, pack out, and pack down processes. The NRM communicates priorities, ensures nightly tasks are completed, and freight moves smoothly throughout the store. The NRM teaches, coaches, and trains associates on store policies and safety procedures, and makes business and associate decisions in partnership with appropriate resources and SOPs when needed. The NRM provides input on associate performance through ongoing performance management and talent planning discussions. Although the NRM does not have direct reports, they participate in the selection process as needed and support a safe working environment by following safety policies and completing required safety training. Base pay range
$47,000.00/yr - $64,500.00/yr Position Purpose Night Replenishment Managers (NRMs) are members of the store leadership team and oversee freight handling activities. NRMs supervise the freight unload, pack out, and pack down processes. NRMs communicate priorities, ensure nightly tasks are completed, and freight is moving smoothly throughout the store. This position will teach, coach, and train associates on Home Depot policies and procedures and ensure all associates work safely at all times. NRMs may be the only Manager available and will be expected to make business and associate decisions in partnership with appropriate resources and following SOPs. NRMs will provide input to Store Manager and Assistant Store Managers on associates performance through ongoing performance management and talent planning discussions. Although the NRM does not have direct reports, they will participate in the selection process as needed. Each associate has the responsibility of providing a safe working environment by following all safety policies & standards, completing specified safety training, immediately correcting hazards & unsafe conditions and working safely to protect themselves, co-workers, vendors, and customers. Key Responsibilities
People (25%): Provide in-the-moment coaching, partner with Night Operations ASMs on formal performance conversations and discipline, recognize associates for meeting expectations, conduct quality walks, ensure shelf locations and training compliance, provide input on performance, participate in hiring, and communicate store standards. Replenishment (25%): Collaborate with Night Operations ASM to define responsibilities, supervise unload/packout/pack down, perform quality walks for packout accuracy, ensure timely receipt and handling of freight, and keep the store ready for Grand Opening at shift end. Safety (25%): Enforce safety and hazmat procedures, complete required training, use PPE properly, model safe lifting techniques, enforce SOPs, correct unsafe conditions, and recognize safe behavior. Shared Manager On Duty (25%): Perform closing and MOD tasks, conduct hand-off with the prior MOD, validate daily priorities with ASMs/SM, ensure checklists are completed, maintain equipment, and review events to determine actions with DS/ASM support as needed.
