Dubin Research & Consulting (DRC) is the nation’s leading trial consulting firm headquartered in New York City. DRC is seeking an attorney with at least five years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in complex civil litigation. While no specific legal field is required, our current caseload includes contract disputes, antitrust matters, SEC investigations (criminal), intellectual property cases, defamation claims, and civil fraud litigation.
Key Responsibilities
Focus Group Development & Analysis : Conduct case intake, draft presentation materials, analyze research findings with the psychology and research teams, and develop trial strategy recommendations.
Demonstrative Aid Conceptualization : Collaborate on visual and strategic demonstrative aids for focus group presentations and trial use.
Legal Analysis & Writing : Conduct legal research, draft memoranda, and formulate strategies for presenting evidence and testimony at trial. Assist in drafting opening and closing statements, direct and cross‑examination outlines, and witness preparation.
Qualifications
J.D. degree required.
At least five years of litigation experience, preferably in a commercial litigation department at a major law firm.
Strong ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear, compelling arguments, both verbally and visually.
Experience developing effective case themes and trial narratives that resonate with jurors.
Ability to work on‑site in our New York City office up to five days per week.
Willingness to travel up to 30%.
