The Advanced Project Manager reports to the Sr. Manager, Construction Services. Located in Lewisville, TX; Knoxville, TN; Tampa, FL; Albany, GA; or Duluth, GA. Full‑time, remote. Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Lead multiple complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence. Guide project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability. Stakeholder Engagement: Primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication. Manage expectations, address concerns, and resolve issues promptly. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, proactively addressing challenges. Develop contingency plans to ensure success in dynamic environments. Resource Management: Allocate personnel, budget, and equipment to optimize performance. Monitor utilization and adjust allocations as needed. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure performance against goals. Generate progress reports and presentations for stakeholders. Continuous Improvement: Identify process improvement opportunities and best practices. Lead post‑project reviews to capture insights and drive improvement. Competencies
Strong leadership, motivation, and inspiration of teams; 25% travel; exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; strategic thinking and problem solving; excellent organizational skills; adaptability and resilience; proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. 6‑8 years of experience in project management roles with a proven track record. PMP certification preferred. Experience in construction, technology, healthcare, or finance is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana. Ability to pass a background check post offer acceptance. Compensation
Pay range is a general guideline based on qualifications, location, and market data. Base salary reflects candidate qualifications and may be higher or lower than the range. Benefits & Bonuses
