Position Summary As Business Development Manager (EMEA) , you will be responsible for expanding MySales’ footprint across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, identifying strategic opportunities, and building long‑term relationships with key retail, FMCG, and distribution players.
You will act as the bridge between potential clients and our technical and implementation teams, driving the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing and customer onboarding.
This role combines strategic sales development with consultative solution‑selling, representing a cutting‑edge AI forecasting and automation platform.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and convert new retail and FMCG clients across EMEA.
Conduct
executive presentations, demos, and business case discussions
demonstrating MySales’ value in sales forecasting, replenishment, pricing, and promotion optimization.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline through CRM (HubSpot / MySales CRM).
Collaborate with the
MySales Labs HQ team
(UK, Poland and Ukraine R&D) to align client needs with MySales solutions.
Negotiate terms, coordinate contract processes (Agency and Service Agreements), and support successful integration stages.
Represent MySales at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
Analyze market trends, competitor solutions, and local retail ecosystem to adapt go‑to‑market strategies.
Support existing clients during pilot phases and contribute to regional marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum
3 years of experience
in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or enterprise account management, ideally in
retail tech, ERP, AI/ML, or supply chain software .
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in international markets.
Strong understanding of
retail operations , including demand forecasting, pricing, and replenishment processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluent in
English
(additional EMEA languages a plus:
Spanish , German, French, Arabic, or Polish).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, IT, or related field (MBA is a plus).
Ability to work independently across multiple time zones.
