Are you an experienced front desk professional ready to step into a leadership role? We’re looking for a dedicated and professional Front Desk Supervisor to oversee daily front office operations and help deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support front desk staff during all shifts
Handle guest check‑ins, check‑outs, and resolve issues professionally
Enforce hotel policies and uphold service standards
Train and lead by example with professionalism and integrity
Assist with laundry operations as needed
Requirements
Prior front desk experience required; leadership experience a plus
IHG Opera experience strongly preferred (training available for the right candidate)
Must be available to work 3 PM – 11 PM, weekends, and holidays — no exceptions
Must have reliable transportation – no rideshare or drop‑offs
Must present a professional appearance and demeanor, and be able to command respect as a leader

Responsibilities
Gather financial information and generate occupancy reports for the general manager
Manage the hiring, training, and supervision of all front office staff members, and ensure they’re providing exceptional guest service and uphold hotel policies
Direct front desk operations and ensure customer service meets our high standards for guest satisfaction
Communicate with hotel guests face‑to‑face and over the phone, ensure all their questions are answered satisfactorily, and handle any complaints
Hold responsibility for the front desk budget and order any necessary office supplies
Qualifications
Over 2 years of experience in office management in the hospitality industry as a front desk supervisor or similar position
Prior hospitality experience of 1 year is required for this position
Bookkeeping skills and experience with MS Office a plus
Possess excellent management skills, communication skills, and multitasking skills
Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED
Compensation: $17 hourly
