We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled
Transmission Project Manager
to join our team in
Charlotte, NC . This role will work on exciting and challenging projects in the energy and utility sectors.
Responsibilities & Duties
Manage various transmission projects through their lifecycle.
Coordinate and lead monthly project reporting, collect and compile data.
Develop project approach and implement project execution plan.
Monitor project schedules, manage scope, and control project costs.
Support financials, staffing, risk management, change management, contract management, tracking, and resource management for all projects.
Lead and support the project team to ensure deliverables are provided to client satisfaction and that projects follow QA/QC guidelines.
Promote a culture of “can do” attitude with project deadlines and quality.
Visit client sites and provide assistance and guidance to teams as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduation from a four‑year college or university.
Utility technical certifications/training; PMI (PMP or CAPM) certification; CMII certificates.
Professional Engineer license.
Proficiency in project scheduling and cost control.
Experience in the utility industry.
Knowledge of construction management.
Must be able to work a hybrid schedule (2 days in office).
Compensation Pay range: $35–$41 per hour.
