Aviation Project Manager - Vertical Construction (MEP/Structure/Architectural)

We are seeking two highly experienced, PMP‑certified Project Managers to lead the delivery of our new $1B Arrivals/Departures Hall and the $1.5B Concourse B project. These roles require a specialist focus in either MEP/IT/FP/BAS or Structure/Architectural disciplines.
Base pay range $130,000.00/yr – $185,000.00/yr
What You’ll Do
Lead comprehensive management (budget, schedule, scope, quality) for one of the most complex vertical aviation projects in the country.
Proactively manage all contractual obligations, including major change orders, claims, RFI/Submittal processes, and adherence to the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP).
Serve as the primary liaison between the Airport Project Manager (APM), design teams, and a vast array of stakeholders (airlines, operations, city departments).
Conduct detailed analysis of project cost reports (eCAPRIS) and technical requirements, ensuring the project remains on track and within budget.
Oversee the project close‑out phase, ensuring successful turnover of all records, including As‑Built Drawings and O&M Manuals.
What You’ll Bring
15+ years
of progressive experience in the construction industry, managing complex infrastructure projects.
MANDATORY:
Demonstrated experience managing a
complete Concourse buildout
at an active, commercial airport.
REQUIRED:
Active
Project Management Professional (PMP)
certification (must have or be obtained within 9 months of hire).
Deep expertise in either
MEP/IT/FP/BAS systems
or
Structural/Architectural
vertical disciplines.
Proficiency in project controls software including
Primavera P6, Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite .
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and risk management skills in a live operations environment.
