Schedule:
-Monday - Thursday 8 AM - 5 AM and Friday 8 AM - 12 PM (8-5 on Friday once per month)

The role you’ll contribute The Certified Medical Assistant Float is responsible for assisting with the examination and treatment of patients under the direction of a provider. This position supports patient care by preparing patients for exams, taking vital signs, and documenting medical information. This role ensures accurate and timely documentation of patient visits and procedures. In addition, this position assists with medical procedures and treatments as directed by the provider. This role maintains a clean and organized clinical environment.

Interviews patients, measures vital signs, and records information on patients' charts.
Assists with treatments ordered by the provider under supervision.
Prepares treatment rooms for patient examinations.
Performs basic clerical duties, including answering phones, maintaining records, and filing.
Orders and stocks supplies, ensuring a clean and orderly environment.
Qualifications The expertise and experience you’ll need to succeed:
High School Grad or Equivalent [Required]
Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required] AND
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) [Required] OR
American Medical Technologists (AMT) [Required] OR
National Healthcareer Association (NHA) [Required] OR
American Registry of Medical Assistants (ARMA) [Required] OR
National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA) [Required] OR
National Association of Health Professionals (NAHP) [Required]
