Responsible for performing all levels of general testing within the analytical laboratory. This position provides technical knowledge and applies it to department testing and clinical relevance. In addition, this role exhibits complex problem-solving skills. Additionally, this role ensures accurate and timely test results. The value you’ll bring to the team
Generates and reports results for accurate diagnoses and prognoses influencing patient care. Utilizes critical thinking and independent judgment to correlate and interpret data. Manages laboratory computer systems. Ensures accurate and timely result reporting, including communication and documentation of critical results. Benefits and culture

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed: Required qualifications: Associate in a laboratory science (chemical or biological science) or medical laboratory technology from an accredited institution OR Successful completion of at least a 50-week official US military medical laboratory procedures training course and currently hold or have held the military enlisted occupational specialty of Medical Laboratory Specialist (Laboratory Technician); or qualified and served as high complexity testing personnel on or before April 24, 1995 in a CLIA-certified laboratory as of December 28, 2024, and have done so continuously since December 28, 2024.
