We’re seeking a skilled and proactive Restoration Repairs Manager to oversee projects from disaster to full restoration. In this role, you’ll be part of our restoration team, managing residential and commercial projects where damage has occurred due to fire, flood, mold, or other unexpected events. You’ll collaborate closely with our Operations Manager and Large Loss Project Managers to ensure each project runs efficiently — from mitigation through reconstruction — while supporting clients navigating the challenges of loss and recovery. Experience in restoration is a must. This position requires strong organizational and leadership skills to manage project plans, schedules, budgets, collections, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.

Basic Requirements
Ability to develop and lead teams
Sound planning and organization skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
Record of continuous learning and willingness to continue learning
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Successful customer service results
Understanding of the construction process
Construction or construction project management is desired
Valid driver's license
Able to pass employment requirements (background check)

Create and maintain relationships with key customers - direct and B2B
Build and strengthen partnerships with vendors, tradesmen and sub-contractors
Overall Duties
Manage and facilitate residential, commercial, and industrial projects through completion
Generate detailed work orders, communicate, and schedule work
Generate & provide accurate project schedules to customers and assigned subcontractors
Maintain frequent communication with external and internal customers resulting
Coordinate & record customer material selections
Work with accounting on work order approval and tradesman/vendor bill payment
Secure necessary permits
Ensure an orderly and clean job site is maintained
Coordinate and perform needed job inspections
Work within the job budget.
Ensure all employees/subcontractors are working safely

Physical Demands
Lift (occasionally) 5 - 100 lbs. May involve significant stand/walk/push/pull
Occasional climbing (ladders, etc.), balancing, crouching, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and handling
Ability to work in confined spaces
Exposure to weather with temperatures ranging from mild/moderate to extreme cold/heat
Exposure to noise levels ranging from moderate to loud from occasional to frequent times
Exposure to fumes from solvents and chemical solutions
