Restoration Repairs Manager - Las Vegas, NV
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Restoration Repairs Manager to oversee projects from disaster to full restoration at Paul Davis Restoration of Utah. You will manage residential and commercial restoration projects, ensuring seamless execution from mitigation through final reconstruction.
Responsibilities
Manage projects from disaster to full restoration, ensuring seamless execution from mitigation through final reconstruction.
Collaborate closely with Operations Manager and Large Loss Project Managers to ensure project efficiency.
Oversee project plans, schedules, budgets, and collections to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
Coordinate with insurance partners, subcontractors, tradespeople, and customers for project execution.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Maintain clean, safe job sites and secure necessary permits.
Coordinate inspections and track key performance indicators.
Manage budget and payment processing for subcontractors.
Communicate schedules and updates to customers and subcontractors.
Maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and partners.
Support decision-making during high-risk situations.
Basic Requirements
Ability to develop and lead teams
Sound planning and organization skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
Record of continuous learning and willingness to continue learning
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Successful customer service results
Understanding of the construction process
Construction or construction project management is desired
Valid driver's license
Able to pass employment requirements (background check)

Create and maintain relationships with key customers - direct and B2B
Build and strengthen partnerships with vendors, tradesman and sub-contractors
Physical Demands
Lift (occasionally) 5 - 100 lbs. May involve significant stand/walk/push/pull
Occasional climbing (ladders, etc.), balancing, crouching, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and handling
Ability to work in confined spaces
Exposure to weather with temperatures ranging from mild/moderate to extreme cold/heat
Exposure to noise levels ranging from moderate to loud from occasional to frequent times
Exposure to fumes from solvents and chemical solutions
