Reconstruction Project Manager – Las Vegas, NV
Paul Davis Restoration of Utah is seeking an energetic, self‑confident professional to manage residential, commercial, and industrial reconstruction projects. The Reconstruction Project Manager (RPM) will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control to ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities
Manage and facilitate residential, commercial, and industrial projects through completion. Generate and communicate detailed work orders and accurate project schedules to customers and subcontractors. Maintain frequent communication with external and internal customers. Coordinate and record customer material selections. Work with accounting on work order approval and vendor bill payment. Secure all necessary permits and ensure compliance with standards and regulations. Ensure an orderly and clean job site is maintained. Coordinate and perform required job inspections. Work within the job budget. Ensure all employees/subcontractors follow safety procedures. Qualifications
Mid‑level experience in construction or construction project management. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience. Ability to develop and lead teams. Strong planning, organization, and time‑management skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and customer‑service skills. Understanding of the construction process and construction project management experience desired. Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check. Record of continuous learning and willingness to continue learning. Benefits
