This full-time, onsite position demands an individual with expert knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), strong leadership abilities, and the foresight to forecast labor and material needs effectively. Key Responsibilities

Enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment

Supervise daily jobsite activities and lead crews on installation and service tasks

Develop short and long-term project schedules with superintendents and clients

Assign tasks to team members while tracking labor against the project budget

Manage and track material procurement for all phases of the project

Maintain compliance with NEC, federal/state codes, and project specifications

Interpret and enforce project plans, drawings, submittals, and contractual documents

Prepare and maintain accurate as-built drawings and daily reports

Forecast crew size needs based on project scope and budget alignment

Mentor apprentices and promote a team learning environment

Maintain consistent communication with customers and general contractors

Ensure crews start/finish shifts on time and take required breaks per regulations

Qualifications

10+ years in the electrical trade with 5+ years supervising field crews

Strong background in residential, commercial, industrial, and government electrical work

OSHA 30 Certification preferred

Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and project documentation

Strong understanding of electrical tools, equipment, and safety practices

Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in varied outdoor conditions
