QUALITY MANAGER (250617)
Responsible for the overall performance of the Quality Management System certified to ISO9000/AS9100 as well as compliance with regulatory, statutory, and customer requirements.
Working knowledge and experience with standards: ISO9000, AS9100, Military Standards, IPC 610, 620, J-STD-001.
Regulatory compliance: REACH, RoHS, ITAR, EAR, Conflict Minerals, etc.
Quality inspection and test, First Article Inspection (FAI) per AS9102.
Internal audit.
Risk analysis and mitigation.
Requirements identification and analysis.
Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Visio; Adobe Acrobat.
Understanding of:
Quality Management systems, quality principles, continuous improvement processes.
Document Control and Configuration Management.
Problem solving, Corrective/Preventive Action (CAPA), root cause analysis, complaints.
Nonconforming product/process handling and Material Review Board (MRB).
Metrics and Key Process Indicators (KPI).
Coordinate Measurement System (CMS) / Coordinate Measurement Machine (CMM) a plus.
Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) a plus.
Cybersecurity and Digital Product Definition (DPD) a plus.
Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Product Part Approval Process (PPAP) / Advanced.
Product Quality Planning (APQP) a plus.
Candidate Characteristics:
Prior experience in quality management in Aerospace/Defense environments a plus.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Keen attention to detail.
