Job Summary : We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and highly skilled Army Senior Intelligence Strategist to provide support to the Strategy & Initiatives Division (DAMI-STS) in the Directorate of Strategy & Transformation (DAMI-ST) under the Army Deputy Chief of Staff, G-2 (DCS, G-2) Key Responsibilities Develop, integrate, and communicate the Army Intelligence Enterprise (AIE) strategy. Aligns the strategy with DCS, G-2, Department of War Secretary (SECWAR), and Director of National Intelligence (DNI) objectives, priorities, and guidance. Formulates and updates long-range strategic direction, guidance, and narratives that translate leadership vision and intent into actionable objectives and measurable outcomes. Provides oversight of the development of supporting implementation plans, risk assessments, and Measures of Performance and Measures of Effects (MOP/MOE) to ensure they support the DCS, G-2’s strategic intent and desired outcomes. Serve as a trusted advisor and sounding board to the Division Chief and Director on analysis and recommendations for emerging strategic trends, risks, and outcomes to inform decisions that may result in amendment of the AIE strategy, strategic directives, guidance, and narratives. Prepares executive-level presentations, information and decision papers, and correspondence for the Director or DCS, G-2. Represents the organization in high-level strategy forums and participates in interagency engagements to foster collaborative relationships to understand strategic aims and advance DCS, G-2 strategic goals, while continuously monitoring execution, evaluating progress, and recommending adjustments to maintain strategic relevance and effectiveness in a dynamic operational and transformative environment. Coordinate across diverse teams and organizations to ensure intelligence systems and modernization efforts are evaluated holistically. Encourage knowledge sharing, lessons learned, and best practices to inform future investments and capability development. Required Qualifications Minimum 10 years of professional experience applying operations research and analytical methods to military or national security challenges. Pentagon, Joint Staff, Army Staff (ARSTAF) and/or Army Service Component Command (ASCC) experience providing decision support to senior leaders. Strong understanding of the Intelligence Community or experience integrating intelligence into organizations. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing and delivering executive-level briefings. Experience collaborating with joint, interagency, and multinational partners to support strategic and operational planning. Proficiency in MS Office Ability to multitask in a high paced environment Requires eligibility for a DoD TS/SCI clearance Desired Qualifications Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in a field relevant to national security, intelligence or strategic planning. Graduate of the School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS) program, with a Functional Area 59 (FA59) designation (Strategist). Experience supporting OSD, Joint Staff, or Combatant Commands in addition to Army Staff. Experience working with or within the defense industry supporting government contracts.
