Service Advisor
who brings professionalism, efficiency, and maybe a few laughs to the drive lane. If you can translate “my car’s making a weird noise” into a clear repair order — let’s talk! Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with service needs
Write and review repair orders accurately and efficiently
Communicate clearly between customers, technicians, and management
Ensure timely completion of services and maintain high CSI scores
Process warranty and Ford system claims (experience preferred)
Qualifications
Previous Service Advisor experience (Ford or Lincoln experience preferred)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of warranty submission and scheduling systems
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
