We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at HGI Ponte Vedra. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and managing the property's financial performance. What You'll Get to Do
Oversee all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, and security Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction Manage the property budget and financial reports, including revenue management, expense control, and forecasting Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies Ensure compliance with company and brand standards Manage and develop team members, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner Coordinate with external vendors and service providers Skills and Experience
Minimum of 3 years' experience in hotel operations, with a proven track record of success in managing a full-service hotel Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in team development and performance management Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and forecasting Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects Strong understanding of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, and security Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management systems Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays The Core of Coury Hospitality
