Overview
Quality and Performance Assurance Coordinator [DOE0125124] is a full-time, contract-contingent role supported on a W2 basis. Location: primarily Richland, Washington, with potential remote aspects. Engagement supports DOE EM Hanford in a Federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance. ProSidian seeks a Quality and Performance Assurance Coordinator with Environmental Management Sector experience to support professional services engagements for DOE and EM sector clients. The position may be converted to a Full-Time ProSidian employee W-2 position. Position details may include work across the CONUS, primarily the Pacific Northwest Region, supporting Tank Waste and Waste Treatment (AMTWO/AMWTP) functional areas. Responsibilities and Duties
Quality and Performance Assurance Coordinator responsibilities include leading quality assurance oversight, audits, self-assessments, and corrective actions to enhance compliance and continuous improvement. Conduct audits, surveillances, manage corrective actions, and maintain QAP procedures for Program Office #06 and AMTWO/AMWTP functional areas. Support programmatic technical, project controls, and business support functions for Tank Waste and Waste Treatment. Ensure the integrity and effectiveness of quality and performance assurance processes, supporting contractor compliance and managerial oversight at the Hanford Site. Work location: Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site, Richland, WA, with initial site address at 2440 Stevens Center Place, H520, Richland, WA 99354. Qualifications and Skills
6–10+ years of QA experience; DOE/NQA-1 preferred. BS or equivalent; QA certifications beneficial. Experience aligning with Environmental Management Sector and Oversight and General Support Services under AMTWO/AMWTP functional areas. Primarily focused on program and project management support, auditing, corrective actions, and QA documentation. Security clearance requirements as applicable; ability to obtain DOE clearance as described in task requirements. Ancillary Details
Functional attributes include quality/performance assurance coordination. Travel as coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the CO; travel per Federal Travel Regulations. Facility clearance required for ProSidian team members and subcontractors; DOE clearance where work requires it. On-site work predominantly at Hanford Field Office facilities; some remote work as approved. Government-furnished resources include office space, workstations, and software at HFO. Other Details
