We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide in-home pediatric therapy services across the Upper and Lower Rio Grande Valley. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and is ideal for someone looking to build a caseload that could grow into a full-time position over time. Responsibilities
Deliver skilled occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT). Implement individualized treatment plans addressing each child’s developmental and functional needs. Provide family education and caregiver training to support therapy goals between visits. Maintain timely and accurate documentation of services and patient progress. Communicate effectively with supervising OTs, case managers, and families. Compensation & Schedule
Compensation structure (per visit): 4 units = $50; 3 units = $40; 2 units = $30 (only applicable if candidate has pediatric experience). Full-Time Eligibility: Therapists averaging 25+ visits per week are eligible to transition into a full-time role with additional benefits. Qualifications
Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Texas. Pediatric experience is preferred; strong interest in working with children required. Reliable transportation to visit clients throughout the Upper and Lower Rio Grande Valley. Strong communication and documentation skills. Team player with a heart for children and families. Benefits
