Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist (or SLPA) based in Tulsa, OK. The Speech Language Pathologist (or SLPA) will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. The role involves providing direct therapy services, creating and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, monitoring patient progress, and providing education and support to patients and their families.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Speech Therapy and managing Communication Disorders
Experience with diagnosing and treating Language Disorders and Dysphagia
Strong clinical skills in assessment and treatment planning
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology and state licensure (for SLPs) or relevant certification (for SLPAs)
Experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is preferred
