Clarity Clinic, founded in 2015, stands at the forefront of mental health and wellness, offering innovative and compassionate care. We are seeking a passionate LCSW Clinical Supervisor to join our team of clinicians at our River North location. Our staff of psychiatrists, physician assistants and psychotherapists offer the latest medication and therapy treatment as we help guide our clients towards mental wellness. Clarity offers administrative, billing and marketing support so that our clinicians have a consistent caseload and can focus on their most important work—helping clients move forward in life. We are partnered with in-network providers including Cigna, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, United Healthcare, and we accept self-pay clients. Location:
1 E Superior St #306, Chicago, IL 60611 In this role, you will: Manage an individual caseload of a minimum of 20 attended client sessions per week while providing weekly supervision to a maximum of four supervisees, and support supervisees in facilitating and documenting proper assessments, recommendations, and referrals, if needed. Review and sign supervisees notes ensuring proper documentation and billing is facilitated. Approve biweekly clinical hours recorded by therapy team, time off requests, and other requests that may be submitted. Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of mental health conditions through individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy that is evidence-based and clinically appropriate. Participate in CEU and didactic training to facilitate growth and mastery of skill set in an identified area of specialty. Participate in supplemental services and program development opportunities in the clinic, including group therapy, blog writing, and additional training opportunities. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, physician assistants, social workers, professional counselors, and other mental health professionals. Manage and organize individual schedule utilizing electronic scheduler provided. Attend and participate in individual/group supervision and all required department meetings. Participate in internal and external marketing and networking meetings. Complete required onboarding trainings and other additional trainings deemed necessary for new hires. Perks and Benefits: Compensation: $60-$65 per hour, commensurate with years of experience, plus bonus potential and leadership pay (stiped) for each supervisee supervised. Access to continuing education credits. Qualifications & Minimum Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting preferred. License to practice independently in the state of Illinois:
LCSW - Required Master of Social Work (MSW) degree or higher from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) - Required. Experience with treatment modalities and programs such as Individual & Family-focused therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, health psychology, CADC, MFT, IOP/PHP, and Group Therapy is beneficial.
