Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare has immediate openings for Part-time Licensed Therapists in Southern New Jersey to provide In-Home weekly therapeutic services for youth with mental health disorders. Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare (NPBHC) offers a comprehensive range of therapeutic support services for youth and young adults who require treatment for mental disorders, developmental disabilities, and intellectual challenges. Our approach to behavioral health is strengths-based, culturally competent, and individualized to meet the unique needs of each individual we serve. Key Responsibilities:
Providing individual In-home therapy and Telehealth therapy sessions. Performing bio-psycho- social assessments is a plus. Provide coping and social skills, anger management and reduce risk behaviors such as SIB or physical aggression. Work to improve youth and caretaker decision-making skills to manage in-home behavioral challenges. Collaborate effectively and consistently with the Child Family Treatment Team and/or professionals from other disciplines who also work to support the youth and family. Submit all required documentation and paperwork within designated time frames (intake, treatment plan, DAP notes, etc.) Attend monthly meetings and submit mandatory clinical documentation. Requirements:
Must have a master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Family Therapy, or related fields such as LSW, LAC, LFT Has Clinical Mental Health Trauma Counseling Training Has some training or willing to complete Crisis Intervention Training Has post-internship field experience working with youth with mental health disorders with clinical experience Has experience with creating treatment planning, treatment goals setting, progress notes, and initial assessments. Has experience in various counseling approaches: CBT, REBT, Gestalt, DBT, and Trauma Response Knows how to use the DSM-V for Assessments and Diagnosis Must be available for a minimum 6-10 hours per week during after-school hours of 12noon through 8pm. Weekend flexibility is a plus. Must have experience providing positive behavior supports. Must have prior experience working with children ages 3-20, and working with children with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD) is a plus. Must have a valid driver’s license and a registered vehicle. Must pass a criminal background check, inclusive of fingerprinting. Compensation and Benefits:
