Five to ten years of experience managing commercial ground‑up projects in healthcare, financial, and light industrial markets. OSHA 30 certification (current or ability to renew). Proficiency with project reporting software, MS Office, and blueprint reading. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 75%. Responsibilities
Supervise on‑site construction activities to meet design, budget, schedule, and customer goals. Enforce safety compliance (OSHA and company safety plan) and maintain a culture of safety. Conduct weekly on‑site meetings with subcontractors and vendors. Prepare and distribute daily superintendent reports and safety reports. Coordinate subcontractor progress, ensuring manpower meets project schedule. Validate drawings, establish control lines, and verify layout accuracy. Maintain up‑to‑date contract documents and in‑person field office standards. Communicate construction progress, safety, quality, and financial issues to the Project Manager. Mentor and train junior superintendent staff. Benefits
