Overview: A long-standing, family‑led structural steel fabricator and erector is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead operations in Augusta. This role offers autonomy, immediate impact, and the chance to manage full‑cycle steel projects within a supportive, close‑knit workplace.
What You’ll Do:
Lead structural steel projects from preconstruction through completion.
Oversee scheduling, budgeting, logistics, and subcontractor coordination.
Collaborate with detailing, shop, and field teams to resolve technical challenges.
Serve as a bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Mentor less‑experienced colleagues and contribute to continuous process improvement.
What You Bring:
5+ years in project management within structural steel or related construction.
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple teams and deliver projects on time and on budget.
Independent, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
