Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) – Eduro Healthcare, Spearfish, SD

Join the Outpatient team at Eduro Healthcare as a Physical Therapist. This role focuses on providing high‑quality rehabilitation services to residents, improving mobility, and ensuring compliance with infection‑control and legal requirements.

Responsibilities

Evaluate a resident’s condition and develop an appropriate physical rehabilitation plan.

Help residents improve mobility and complete tasks.

Guide residents through recovery stages and inform them of expectations.

Maintain resident confidence and confidentiality; protect facility operations.

Supervise PT assistants when required.

Maintain a safe, clean environment, protect residents and employees, and adhere to infection‑control policies.

Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements.

Contribute to the interdisciplinary team’s resident‑care efforts.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Current, active PT license or registration in the state of employment.

Experience working with geriatric patients is a plus.

Complete orientation required by company policy.

Health screening and TB test within two weeks of employment.

Show acceptable proof of identity and employment eligibility within three days of hire.

Familiarity with all local, state, and federal regulations related to the job.
