Maintenance Mechanic Needed
A manufacturer in North Fort Worth is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join their dynamic 1st shift and 2nd shift.
Maintenance Mechanic Schedule:
1st shift Monday to Saturday (6:00 am-4:00 pm)
2nd shift Monday to Saturday (11:30 am-9:30 pm)
Maintenance Mechanic Pay: $23-25/hr (Attendance Bonus Added)
Maintenance Mechanic Responsibilities:
Complete and turn in daily assigned reports, forms, work orders, zone audit corrections, and/or training documents.
Install, repair, and maintain machinery, equipment, physical structures, pipes, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot machinery.
Maintenance Mechanic Requirements:
4+ years of experience as a maintenance mechanic.
MUST have his/her own basic mechanic tools, including electric‑safe ones when applicable.
Must be able to arc weld; MIG weld is a plus.
Possess a basic understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic circuits.
Must be able to diagnose mechanical, PLC automation, plumbing, and other issues as needed to ensure the plant runs as required.
Mechanics are responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining machinery, equipment, physical structures, pipes, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Preventive and predictive maintenance program.
