Vehicle Technician – Repair
Aertssen Logistics USA, Inc. is expanding its operations to Tacoma, WA, and seeks an experienced Vehicle Technician to join our Repair team. This role performs reconfiguration, diagnostic, maintenance, and repair work on aerial work platforms, construction equipment, farm machinery, and forklifts. Location

Full‑time, onsite. Non‑exempt, overtime eligible. Hours
Monday‑Friday, 7:00 AM‑3:30 PM with a 30‑minute unpaid meal break. Base Pay
$31.00 per hour. Responsibilities
Inspect, diagnose, and repair a wide range of heavy machinery. Identify and resolve hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical faults. Follow technical diagrams, schematics, and work instructions. Use multimeters, pressure gauges, and diagnostic tools. Replace parts, adjust, and verify equipment operation after repair. Record work performed on the app to maintain a log of services per work order. Communicate complex or recurring issues to the Team Lead. Adhere to safety standards and quality procedures. Maintain an organized and safe workshop environment. Participate in ongoing training to improve technical knowledge and skillset. Qualifications
Hands‑on experience with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs. Ability to read and understand technical schematics and repair documentation. Proficiency in proper tool usage. Team player with a proactive and safety‑minded attitude. Physical fitness and ability to work on large machinery. Preferred: proficiency in operating construction equipment, aerial work platforms, and forklifts. Benefits
