Responsibilities Title: Occupational Therapy Assistant

Location/work environment: In facility

Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab

As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you help patients get well. You implement occupational therapy programs and activities, follow recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments. You address the whole patient, execute programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities and independence, adapt to patient needs, collaborate with peers, and make referrals as needed. You put patients first, ensuring patients and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.

Initial certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.

Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Salary Range USD $30.00 – $35.00 per hour.
