Maintenance Supervisor – Wood Ridge Apartments

Location: Las Vegas, NV Pay Range: $25.00/hr – $37.00/hr Westland Real Estate Group is a family‑owned leader in property management with a strong commitment to family, opportunity, commitment, and results. We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance operations at our residential community. Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and supervise the on‑site maintenance team, managing daily schedules, work orders, and performance reviews. Perform advanced hands‑on maintenance in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, ensuring all work meets Westland’s high standards. Manage the property’s work order system from start to finish, coordinating outside vendors and overseeing the make‑ready process for vacant units. Assist the Community Manager with budget management, controlling inventory and ordering necessary supplies and parts to maintain efficiency and stay within budget. Participate in an on‑call rotation for after‑hours emergencies. Required Qualifications

2–3+ years of supervisory experience in residential property maintenance. Advanced knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. EPA Universal Certification and HVAC Certification (required for NV, TX, and San Bernardino County, CA). Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. General computer skills for managing work orders and reporting. Ability to supervise one or more employees and manage progressively larger properties for higher levels (II–V).
