Mike Bass Ford is seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Automotive Dealership Finance Manager to join the Finance department. This role offers potential for earning and career advancement within a thriving Ford dealership in Northeast Ohio.
Overview Located in Sheffield Village, OH, our expansive automotive campus includes a Ford franchise, Mazda franchise, commercial truck center, body shop, and a Quick Lane service center. We are family-owned and operated for over 50 years and employ over 100 team members. Responsibilities
Facilitate the sale of financing and insurance programs to both new and used car buyers.
Collaborate with financial lenders to offer competitive interest rates and tailored programs to buyers.
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of leasing requirements and various product offerings.
Uphold the dealership's commitment to the highest ethical standards within the Finance & Insurance (F&I) department.
Develop strong relationships with lenders and play a key role in securing loan approvals.
Ensure the profitability of the department through effective expense management while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a related automotive/dealership finance position.
A high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check and drug test.
Ability to work on a computer for extended periods.
Professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude.
Strong customer service and communication skills, including proper phone etiquette.
