Team management:
Hire, train, and supervise maintenance technicians, assign tasks, and manage staff schedules and performance. Maintenance planning:
Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime, and create work orders for all tasks. Inspections and repairs:
Conduct site and equipment inspections to identify and address potential issues, and oversee planned and emergency repair activities. Safety and compliance:
Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations to ensure a secure working environment and compliance with relevant standards. Inventory and budgeting:
Manage the inventory of spare parts and tools, contribute to budget preparation, and track maintenance expenses. Record keeping:
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repairs, and inspections. Communication:
Act as a liaison between the maintenance team and other departments, as well as senior management. Required skills
