Position Overview As Product Manager, you will lead the development and management of our Apps, Monitoring portal, and APIs. You will own the customer journey for installers and end‑users, manage the API portfolio, and collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.

Reporting to the Director, EMS & Apps in Germany, you will work with colleagues in Shanghai and Suzhou to ensure smooth commissioning and an excellent user experience across our solar, battery, EV, and energy management solutions.

Strategic Vision & Roadmapping

Define and articulate the mobile‑app and monitoring portal product vision in partnership with PM leadership.

Drive the annual and quarterly roadmapping process, incorporating hardware integration requirements, market trends, and stakeholder inputs.

Market and Customer Insights

Conduct market research and competitor analysis in the solar/renewables space.

Gather, synthesize, and prioritize customer and partner feedback (surveys, interviews, usage data).

Cross‑Functional Collaboration, Requirements & Execution

Collaborate with UI/UX design, software development, marketing, and sales to deliver high‑quality products.

Author clear product requirements documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Coordinate with engineering on release planning, manage product lifecycle milestones, and ensure on‑time, on‑budget launches.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

Define and track KPIs for apps and portal (e.g., daily active users, task completion rates).

Communicate progress, risks, and results to stakeholders through reports and dashboards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

3+ years as a Product Manager for mobile apps, preferably in the solar, renewable energy, or technology industry.

Proven record of launching and scaling mobile apps (50K+ users or equivalent impact).

Strong grasp of UI/UX best practices and hands‑on experience with Figma or similar.

Deep knowledge of Agile product development (Scrum/Kanban) and backlog tools like Jira.

Proficiency with RESTful APIs, API versioning, and collaboration with engineering teams.

Excellent written and verbal communication in English; stakeholder alignment across teams.

Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
