Location:
Comprehensive Cancer Center, Winston Salem Campus
Shift Schedule:
Full time, Nights 7p-7a; 3rd weekend rotation
Residency Program:
New Graduate RNs receive supportive training led by dedicated nurse educators, including clinical orientation, specialty-specific learning, and skill-building in clinical decision-making, teamwork, communication, and career development.
Oncology:
7 West is a 17-bed adult specialty unit that provides high quality nursing care for patients receiving a Bone Marrow Transplant. Specialties include chemotherapy, conditioning for transplants, and cell recovery post-transplant. Length of stay is around 25 days. All cellular therapy products are administered in this unit.

Accrue up to 25 days/year for vacations, sickness, holidays, and personal matters.
Education Reimbursement:
Up to $2,500 per year towards a bachelor’s degree and up to $5,000 per year towards a graduate degree.

What You’ll Need
New Grad - Less than 1 year RN experience
Graduation from accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred
Registered Nurse licensure from the State of North Carolina Board of Nursing
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 1 year of hire, per unit guidelines
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within 1 year of hire, per unit guidelines
