Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist is seeking full-time New Grad RNs for our Oncology Residency at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. A New Graduate Nurse is either a current nursing student nearing graduation from an RN program or a recent graduate with less than six months of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse. Full time, NIGHTS, 7pm – 7am, 3rd weekend rotation Residency Program:

New Graduate RNs receive supportive training led by dedicated nurse educators, including clinical orientation, specialty-specific learning, and skill-building in clinical decision-making, teamwork, communication, and career development. Oncology:

Unit specializes in leukemia and symptom management. With 40 beds, unit supports long patient stays and strong relationships with patients and families. It features a well-developed onboarding process for new staff.

New Grad – Less than 1 year RN experience Graduation from accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred Registered Nurse licensure from the North Carolina Board of Nursing Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 1 year of hire, per unit guidelines Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within 1 year of hire, per unit guidelines How You’ll Impact Patient Care
