Overview Position Summary: Do you have a knack for helping people, following recipes, and organization? Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for our members by following recipes and preparing our always warm and ready rotisserie chicken. You will properly wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure our members have the freshest items available to take home. You may juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping members with bakery orders. Your smile can make the difference between a good shopping experience and a great one. Responsibilities

Ensuring high-quality products are available in our prepared foods area.

Maintaining shelves, temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lesser-quality food products.

Preparing and serving ready-to-eat food.

Maintaining the Sales Floor in accordance with Company policies; handling claims and returns; zoning the area; organizing merchandise; identifying shrink and damages.

Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area.

Be a Team Member: maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications; collaborate with cross-functional teams; educate other associates; communicate effectively with team members; adapt to business needs.

Be an Expert: prepare food according to item specifications; plan for future and seasonal productions; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operate and sanitize equipment; understand product and layout execution.

Be a Techie: use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; use handheld technology for production, training, and product quality decisions with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.

Be an Owner: drive area performance; manage high exposure and expectations; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date control; reduce waste; assist customers per company policies.

Be a Talent Ambassador: advocate for the department and club by delivering high-quality service and products; demonstrate energy, commitment, and passion for the work.

Comply with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity; apply related action plans and Open Door Policy in daily processes.

Preferred Qualifications Food Service; Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) – Certification.

Additional information The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location. Additional compensation may include premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
