Domino's Pizza is hiring Shift Managers to lead our stores, ensuring operations run at the highest level every day. This role is the first step into our Management Program, where natural leaders grow into franchise ownership.
Responsibilities
Oversee all store functions during shifts, including cost control, inventory, cash, and customer relations.
Maintain 100% compliance with all policies and procedures, setting the example for crew.
Handle paperwork, food management, scheduling, and marketing while keeping the store clean and profitable.
Process telephone orders, execute credit transactions, and provide quality customer service in person and by phone.
Assist teammates, support other workstations, and complete all closing duties, including cleaning.
Operate equipment, clean facilities daily, manage ingredients from delivery to storage, and stock products.
Qualifications
Accurate mental math and the ability to give correct monetary change.
Strong verbal, written, and telephone skills for taking orders and processing payments.
Motor coordination and the ability to enter orders quickly using a keyboard or touchscreen.
Food safety knowledge, including proper handling of ingredients and equipment.
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for deliveries.
Advancement Shift Managers can advance to Assistant Manager, General Manager, or Franchise Owner, with various Corporate Operations opportunities.

General Job Duties for All Store Team Members

Physical Requirements
Standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs; occasional pulling and pushing.
Frequent reaching, stooping, bending, and crouching at the pizza assembly station.
Eye‑hand coordination for pizza dough shaping and bowl assembly.
Skilled use of hands and tools, including a pizza cutter, peel, and rolling cutter.
Driving Specific Job Duties
Deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area, making several deliveries per shift.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Requirements
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
