About the Job Assistant Manager
– We’re looking for leaders. You will manage a shift, ensuring cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and exceptional customer relations.
The role is fast‑paced, requires sound judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities
Lead the store crew and serve as the example for policy compliance and customer service.
Maintain cost, inventory, cash, and seat‑price controls 100% of the time.
Control staffing, paperwork, scheduling, and performance standards.
Ensure the store’s image, cleanliness, and marketing initiatives meet franchise standards.
Deliver high‑quality customer service, attendance, punctuality, and transportation to/from work.
Support profitability through pricing, inventory, and cost control initiatives.
Operate all store equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, process telephone orders, and complete related paperwork.
Clean equipment, walk‑in coolers, and overall facility on a daily basis.
Qualifications
Minimum age 18 years.
Willingness to work during inclement weather, including opening and closing times.
Basic math skills – add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately.
Proficiency in handling monetary change and verbal, written, and telephone communication.
Excellent motor coordination for rapid, accurate movements and proper use of an oven, peel, and cutter.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
Physical stamina for standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, carrying, pushing, and reaching tasks.
Training Orientation and job training are provided on the job.
Physical Requirements
Standing – most tasks performed from a standing position with surfaces at 36‑48 inches.
Walking/Jogging/Running – short distances or durations.
Sitting – paperwork normally completed at a desk or table.
Lifting – bulk deliveries up to 50 lbs, stacking up to 72″ high.
Carrying – large bags/boxes weighing up to 50 lbs and trays of dough (~12 lbs).
Pushing – trays on dollies demanding up to 7.5 pounds of force.
Climbing – occasional stairs or ladders for maintenance.
Stooping/Bending – frequent waist bending at the pizza assembly station.
Crouching/Squatting – occasional for low‑area cleaning or stocking.
Reaching – continuous up/down/forward; occasional above 72″ for oven controls or shelving.
Hand Tasks – continuous use of hands, forearms, and wrists with forearms, wrists, and coordination to use tools.
Communication Skills Accurate written and verbal instructions; ability to communicate with customers and co‑workers for order processing over the phone and in person.
