What you'll do

Be a Team Member: Maintains up-to-date knowledge of prepared food merchandise specifications; collaborates with cross-functional teams; educates other associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicates effectively; and remains flexible to work in other areas as needed.

Be an Expert: Prepares food according to item specifications; plans for future and seasonal production; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; understands product and layout execution.

Be a Techie: Uses digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; uses handheld technology for production, ordering, receiving club pickup orders, training, and product quality decisions; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them.

Be an Owner: Drives area performance; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date control; reduces waste; provides member service by acknowledging needs and assisting with purchasing decisions; processes payments; locates merchandise; resolves member issues.

Be a Talent Ambassador: Acts as a brand advocate; fosters a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented environment; helps identify and address roadblocks and training needs.

Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics; applies Open Door Policy in daily work.

Completes assignments by using policies and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; prioritizes, meets deadlines, and adapts to change and feedback.

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $25.00*

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
