We are seeking a

Business Development Executive

to drive U.S. growth by selling custom-built digital banking solutions to community banks and credit unions. The ideal candidate brings a strong fintech or banking technology sales background, existing C-suite relationships, and a consultative selling style that thrives in complex enterprise environments. Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr Additional compensation types

100% Remote (Preferred regions: Southeast, Midwest, Northeast U.S.) About the Company

With a proven track record of co-creating tailored digital platforms for top banks worldwide, Key Responsibilities

Drive new business in digital account opening, retail, and business banking solutions. Develop and execute a go-to-market plan. Build and advance a high-value pipeline by leveraging established executive relationships. Lead consultative discussions to uncover client needs and position bespoke digital solutions. Partner with product and engineering teams to design tailored solution proposals. Manage the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing. Represent the company at U.S. fintech and banking industry events. Consistently achieve or exceed annual revenue goals. Qualifications

5+ years of enterprise sales experience in fintech, banking technology, or digital banking SaaS. Demonstrated success selling custom-built or highly tailored technology solutions. Strong knowledge of digital account opening, onboarding, mobile banking, and core integrations. Established senior-level relationships with community banks and credit unions. Proven track record of closing new deals, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals. Excellent consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills. Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, market-entry environment. Preferred Experience

Deep understanding of U.S. banking market dynamics and digital transformation trends. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred). Benefits
