As a trusted GSA MAS contract holder, they deliver mission‑critical telecommunications, network infrastructure, and IT services to Federal, State, and Local Government agencies, the U.S. Military, and private‑sector clients.

They are seeking a motivated, career‑oriented Senior Logistics Specialist in Doral, FL. Possible other locations include Key West, Newport (FL), and Naval Station Guantánamo Bay (NSGB).

Compensation & Work Details

Salary Range: $100,000 - $108,000 annually

Employment: Full time

Worksite Type: Onsite

Security Clearance Required: Secret

Responsibilities

Manage IT and autonomous inventory systems, implementing, sustaining, and analyzing data to optimize inventory levels, reduce excess, and increase allowances for assets.

Perform supply chain operations, handling the full lifecycle of IT parts and equipment—from requisition and receipt to storage, shipment, and issuance for system development and operation.

Provide data and reporting expertise, mapping data into organizational systems, conducting site assessments for IT element needs, and generating various reports for management.

Support system modernization and integration, participating in projects to develop and install logistics software, modernizing DoD supply chain processes and integrating global supply chains.

Offer leadership and coordination, providing point‑to‑point IT delivery coordination, supporting property management analysis, and mentoring junior staff.

Minimum Qualifications

BA/BS; candidates holding a relevant master’s degree may receive 2 years’ experience credit for education.

9+ years of relevant experience with 5+ years of position‑relevant experience.

Deep understanding of IT asset management, procurement, inventory control, and logistics processes.

Familiarity with transportation, warehousing, and distribution of IT equipment.

Mastery of IT asset management software, ERP systems, and other relevant tools.

Desired Qualifications

Master’s degree in supply chain management, or a related field.

Experience in IT service management and ITIL‑informed processes; knowledge of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.

Certifications: ITIL Foundation, certified in Logistics, Transportation, and Distribution (CLTD), Certified Professional Logistician (CPL), IT Asset Management (ITAM), IAITAM Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM).

Experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM).
