Base Pay Range $22.00/hr - $30.00/hr

Position Summary As a Tire and Battery Center Services Lead you will drive member service in your area and supervise your team of hourly associates to deliver safe and efficient services. You will model expertise in the Tire and Battery Center and work collaboratively with other team leaders to ensure the club meets the member’s expectations.

Responsibilities

Lead the team within the Tire and Battery Center to deliver on the business plan and contribute to the overall success of the club.

Communicate department goals, set guidelines and expectations for tire and battery service, and execute company programs.

Adhere to all policies, advocate for the member, associate, and company, and maintain a commitment to operational excellence.

Maintain an in-depth knowledge of floor business, safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, tire recalls, product specifications, and seasonality.

Share knowledge, train the team, and ensure consistent daily processes.

Leverage digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience, and elevate associate engagement.

Utilize hand‑held technology to make immediate business decisions related to services, safety alerts, new product information, product application, and training.

Be an early adopter of new tools and encourage others to use them.

Drive business results, ensure clean and safe work area, and proactively plan orders, equipment, tools, and supplies.

Assist with staffing and scheduling, operate cash registers, process transactions, and provide hands‑on support in the physical area when required.

Maintain accurate inventory, audit safety and compliance standards, complete paperwork, logs, and other required documentation.

Coach the team to be highly effective, monitor completion of e‑learning and trainings on time, and support career growth.

Identify potential and desire in others, source new talent internally and externally, and promote a culture of belonging.

Support compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, and assist with correcting ethical and compliance issues.

Model adaptability to change and new challenges.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum 6 months supervisory experience or 6 months experience in the automotive industry.

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Will successfully complete all required trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period.

Ability to work flexible hours and perform physical tasks associated with the role.

Preferred Qualifications

Supervisory experience in the tire industry.

Tire industry certification (e.g., Certificate of Primary Location).
