Experience Required: 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow Key Responsibilities: Function as Innovation Lead for Automation / ServiceNow / Collaboration, with primary focus on Automation Lead Innovation Initiatives / Projects, POVs, POCs in Automation / ServiceNow / Collaboration Work closely with Product Owner and Manager to create, recommend, and align strategic inputs Collaborate with the team daily to identify whitespace, challenges, and opportunities Create business cases for initiatives including project plans, effort estimations, cost, and benefits Provide implementation strategies, migration plans, and technical support for medium-to-high complexity issues/projects Conduct market research on the latest offerings, technologies, and tools Recommend identified offerings and solutions by creating POVs Drive innovation within the team to ideate and propose solutions Participate in the Innovation Council process by adhering to defined steps and timelines Participate in Innovation forums and exchange ideas Identify transformation, process improvement, and automation opportunities Work on service improvement activities and complete them within target dates Collaborate closely with customers, infrastructure teams, and vendors Responsibilities include executive and technical-level communication and relationship building to gain credibility and trust with internal and external customers Apply a problem-solving mentality using internal and/or external resources Understanding of ITIL processes and Agile methodology Additional Notes: Please submit the candidate's resume in PDF format.
