ERP Business Analyst

to join our team in

Raleigh, NC

as we make a major upgrade to all of our software systems. The ERP Business Analyst will play a crucial role in optimizing our ERP systems to support our construction operations. Construction Partners is a leading heavy civil construction company located in eight states that specializes in large-scale infrastructure projects. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality construction services while maintaining a strong commitment to safety. What you will do: Analyze and evaluate current ERP systems (Trimble Vista, HCSS) to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Develop and implement solutions to enhance ERP system functionality and efficiency. Provide training and support to end-users of the Trimble Vista ERP suite of products and all 3rd party related software. Create and maintain detailed documentation of system processes and configurations. Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance. Assist in the integration of new software and tools with existing ERP systems. Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues in a timely manner. What you will need:

(minimum qualifications) Bachelor’s degree in one of these disciplines: Information Technology, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Working knowledge of SQL and other coding languages. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality. Preferred Requirements: Knowledge of construction industry processes and terminology is a plus. Proficiency in Trimble Vista, HCSS, and Microsoft Office. Working knowledge of deploying APIs. 1-3 years of experience as an ERP Business Analyst, preferably in the construction industry. This is an in-person, in-office position. This is not a remote role.
