Joining us as a
Multi-Unit Team Leader , you\'ll provide leadership over three H&R Block tax offices and lead customer-centric teams to accelerate our seasonal tax business. Responsibilities
Provide leadership over three tax offices and lead the customer-centric teams to accelerate seasonal tax business. Serve as the front-line manager responsible for leadership and development of associates, delivering an outstanding client experience, and achieving office growth objectives for three offices. Prior tax preparation experience is not required. Start with a flexible part-time schedule in the fall and transition to full-time from January to April, including evening and weekend hours as needed; in-person work. Travel between offices as required. Lead daily team meetings, develop associate work schedules, ensure accurate timekeeping, and manage labor across all offices. Assist District General Manager in recruiting and interviewing candidates for tax office positions. Prepare tax returns as needed after completing the Income Tax Course or Tax Knowledge Assessment. Qualifications
People management experience with the ability to grow and develop associates. Aptitude for executing growth plans and building a growth oriented culture. Strong decision-making and judgment skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset. Computer proficiency in MS Office. Bachelor\u2019s degree in a related field, or high school diploma with equivalent experience. Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course (if preparing tax returns). Benefits
