Manage team recruitment, training, and development Ensure excellent customer service Drive sales and store profitability Oversee inventory, merchandising, and store maintenance Manage budgets and analyze sales data Implement marketing initiatives and community engagement Identify operational improvements and innovate Qualifications
Proven retail management experience with sales success Strong leadership and communication skills Customer-focused attitude Analytical and budget management skills Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Proficiency in retail software and basic computer skills Minimum Requirements
Open availability, including mornings, days, and nights Minimum 5 days/week for Assistant Manager; 30+ hours/week for Supervisor Availability on weekends and holidays Reliable transportation and fluent English communication Physical Demands
Prolonged standing and movement Lifting up to 25 lbs regularly Ability to work in a noisy environment Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED; 2+ years retail leadership preferred Compensation
Assistant Manager: $17.38 - $23.50/hr + bonuses Supervisor: $18/hr Full-time roles include health benefits, 401K, and paid time off Additional Information
