Typical day for a Restaurant General Manager includes: Managing profitability by following cash control/security procedures, inventory, labor, financial review, and actions. Recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of staff. Training staff in operational excellence. Conducting inventory counts biweekly. Maintaining cleanliness and ensuring excellent guest experiences. Requirements Minimum 1 year as General Manager in food service or retail, with Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in QSR. Must be at least 18 years old. Availability to close at least two nights weekly. Ability to lift, carry, push, pull heavy objects, stand/walk constantly, and operate equipment safely.
