Job Summary Raytheon’s Program Planning Department is seeking a program management/planning professional to support a program within the Air and Space Defense Systems (ASDS) directorate. The role involves developing, maintaining, and analyzing the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for complex programs.

What You Will Do

Onsite support for development and maintenance of program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in MS Project, based on requirements/scope provided by the customer.

Detail plan and maintain the IMS throughout the program’s lifecycle, incorporating contractual and programmatic changes to maintain realistic contract schedule baselines.

Ensure IMS compliance with government customer requirements across all program phases.

Resource-load IMS for applicable scope with target budgets, demonstrating thorough cost and schedule integration and traceability to production scope.

Conduct detailed analysis of the IMS and supporting documents to ensure quality, completeness, and compliance; communicate schedule status electronically and verbally to planning lead, program manager, customers, and senior management.

Support EAC and LRE processes related to the Program IMS.

Develop and maintain the Program Master Phasing Schedule using Milestones Professional Software.

Qualifications You Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field and minimum 2 years of Program Planning, Scheduling, or Project Management experience.

Experience using scheduling software such as MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan or similar.

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to decompose statements of work into workable program plans.

Familiarity with applicable government regulations, especially program planning and Earned Value compliance.

Understanding of basic product development principles, including Agile software development.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to influence at all organizational levels.

Experience with APEX SAP/R3, Microframe Project Manager (MPM), Oracle ERP, Deltek Cobra, or Deltek MPM Connect.

Demonstrated ability to balance technical, cost, and schedule constraints to achieve customer satisfaction.

PMP certification (Project Management Professional).
